It has become apparent that the system in which the group works needed a little updating. As of so, a few new folders have been added:

The Free Adoptables Folder - This is where you place your NO-COST TO ADOPT creatures.
The Breedables Folder - This is where you place the creatures that are in the group solely to offer breeding slots.
The Auctions Folder - This is where all types of auctions (species, character, adoptable, etc.) go.
Please submit your adoptables to the corresponding folders so as to avoid confusion.

Also, the Open For Adoption folder was renamed. It is now the Points or Cash Adoptables folder. As the name states, this is where all adoptables that have a set (or BO) adoption fee go.

Lastly, the Closed For Adoption folder was removed. It was a little ridiculous to keep adoptables no longer available in the group, and it took up space. From now on, every closed auction, adoptable, breedable, or lineart MUST be removed from the group. Much emphasis on the "must," there - I just went through the folders and found far too many closed adoptions and auctions that were still in the "open" galleries. If the adopt ever becomes available again then you may add it back to the group. But, as long as it is NOT available, it should not be in the group.

In addition, I've also found that many users have been submitting creatures that are not and never were available for adoption to the group. If it wasn't obvious enough, you are not allowed to do that. This is a group where people come to adopt creatures, not browse art. All of these sorts of submissions will quickly be removed.
